Shipping and Returns
Times and Costs:
Order shipment is dependent upon product
availability and time of order. We will
notify you of an approximate shipping time or of any delays that may be
encountered. If your order is required by a specific date, please indicate your
desired date of delivery within the message box above or call customer service
at +353 1 4035300 and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Delivery costs can be viewed at the time of
checkout. If you have any questions
regarding delivery costs or upgrades, please contact us. Orders entered after
12:00 PM GMT may not be processed until the following day, or even later if
product is not immediately available.
No Saturday Shipments:
Saturday delivery is not available
Ups Are Allowed:
If you require you can come and pick up
your own order at our warehouse within normal business hours. (9-5
Monday-Friday) but not between lunch hour. (1-2 Monday-Friday).
Yes. We ship internationally.
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
Please call for an authorisation number and instructions on any return.
Unauthorised returns will not be received. Custom manufactured and special
packaged items cannot be returned. Special-run quantities of an item are
returnable, subject to the current inventory requirements of SEL. Stock items may
be returned, subject to a 10% restocking charge.
When products are damaged by a courier,
please file a claim with the carrier when received, or receive as damaged.
Please notify SEL immediately when there is a shipping shortage on your order.
Please give as much detailed information as possible, as this will insure the
expediting of the replacement product. Inspect all shipments within fifteen
days of the date of shipment. Failure to advise SEL of defects within fifteen
days of shipment will constitute the acceptance of the shipment.
